Help on completing the form...
The 'Title' is your event 'Title' or 'Headline'... try to include important 'Keywords'.
'Description' is where you provide all the information about your event... include times, admission costs, etc.
'Location' should be either a street address, or a well-known location... if you have a map image, it may be helpful for people who don't know the city well... send an email with the image as an attachment.
'Start Date' and 'End Date' are the dates for your event... if the event is on just one day provide the same date in both fields. If your event is a regularly scheduled event ... say it happens on Mondays, enter the longer period of time during which each Monday your event happens.
'Type' ... a 'Regular' event is one that happens over a longer period of time on a particular day... a "Special' event is one that happens only once and is not repeated at least on a regular basis... a Special event may last for several days but all in one time period.
'Day' ... if your event is a 'Regular' event, include the day of the week that it occurs.
'Website' ... if you have a website that provides more information about your event, you can provide the web page address for more information... a link to this web page will be included on your event notice.
'Contact' ... please provide a Contact name and Phone number.. and this info will be added to your Event info on INFO PV. A Contact email will only be used by INFO PV to contact you by email for further info or clarification relating to your event.
